Shipping lead times on all products is currently 1-3 weeks but is subject to change.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and hassle free return policy, so if you purchase a holster from us and you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your holster, used or not, within 30 days and a refund will be issued, however the buyer will be expected to pay return shipping as well as a 20% restocking fee.

For all retail items, you may return your item(s) new, unused, and unopened within 30 days of receiving it. We reserve the right to evaluate returns before refunds are issued.
WARRANTY

Excel Tactical Solutions offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all manufactured products. If your product is defective, broken, or does not fit correctly, please contact us at exceltacticalsolutions@gmail.com or contact us here and explain what is going on. We may request photos or videos, but if it is determined defective or has damage that is covered under our warranty we will repair any piece necessary up to and including completely replacing your item. We will then cover all costs to repair or replace the item as well as shipping back to the customer.
For all retail items, we will refer and direct all warranty claims to the manufacturer.
